Vanmoof repairs was started after the company went into administration. The founder, Prince, purchased a large stock of batteries directly from Vanmoof. These batteries had come from Vanmoof bikes that had been returned to Vanmoof service centers for repairs. At present we are focus on repairs to the S3 and X3 Vanmoof product variants, but we intend to offer repairs to more products in the very near future.

Prince is an experienced Engineer with over a decade of experience spanning Aerospace, Automotive and Oil and Gas industries. Prince is a High Voltage Senior Authorised Person with experience working on batteries, battery management systems, electric vehicles, propulsion sytems as well as managing engineering teams.

Vanmoof repairs is based in Staines, in the South East of England.

The goal is to be as helpful to all customers, and allow you to enjoy your Vanmoof bike for as long as reasonably practicable. We try to be extremely quick with posting out repair parts when an order comes through.
